Who we are
Apex Trading Tools (APXTT) is run by Mátyás Stverteczky, Hungary. Contact for any privacy question or request: stvertmatyi@gmail.com.
What we do not collect
This website has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies of our own. Edge Check runs entirely in your browser: your trade files are never uploaded or sent to us. Edge Check keeps a small counter of unlocked reports in your browser's local storage; it never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time.
What we do collect, and why
- Purchases and free products (Gumroad). When you buy or get a free product (the journal, the free demo, the Edge Check unlock code, the waitlist), Gumroad processes your email and payment details as our payment and delivery provider. We see your email, the product and the date. Legal basis: performing the contract (delivering what you asked for).
- Emails. We use your email to deliver the product and for how-to messages about it. We send product news only if you subscribe to it separately; you can unsubscribe from any email, or write to the address above.
- Edge Check license keys. If you use a report key, only the key and our product id are sent to Gumroad to check it.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log technical data such as IP addresses for security (see GitHub's privacy statement).
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept as long as accounting law requires; email contacts until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to stvertmatyi@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu).
Processors
Gumroad, Inc. (sales, delivery, emails, license keys) and GitHub, Inc. (hosting).
